An explainer for each notice we plan to expand into.
One explainer per notice code. Each one sits between the notice in your hand and the intake — plain-language meaning, the documents the notice implies, the realistic response window, and where self-service stops and a credentialed partner starts. The first one (CP 501) is live today; more are shipping in the same shape — live entries carry an “Explainer live” badge.
Why explainer-first
- Each explainer is matched to the intake’s notice code — CP 501 in the intake pre-loads an Action Plan built from this same vocabulary.
- The referral-tier labels match the Action Plan’s referral flag byte-for-byte, so the editor and the explainer read identically.
- Calm voice, no urgency, no fear — the same tone as the home and the FAQ.

Start the intake — we read it from the notice code.
The intake’s first field is the notice type. Whatever code you enter, the Action Plan template pre-loads from that code’s vocabulary — the same five documents the matching explainer lists, the same referral flag, and the same deadline math. Five fields, no account, no retainer, no commitment.
